The work included a rebuilt solid spruce soundboard, new pinblock, new strings and tuning pins, and a partially rebuilt action, making it an excellent choice for home use. The action has been fully regulated, and complete tone regulation has been performed.
The cast-iron plate was re-bronzed and hand-lettered, and the cabinet was refinished in a closed-pore, hand-rubbed lacquer. All original brass hardware was polished and lacquered to restore its original elegance.
